extremely funny seeing the tags roll in that say shit like "say sike...." "this is a jumpscare" "q slur tw" "ofc people who like queer say they like mogai" i know this flavor of rancid personality so well
absolutely losing it over how many people in the notes are upset about the word queer vs. the actual results LMAOOOOO
Some great and informative tags from @manstrans on MOGAI:
#it's MARGINALISED orientations gender ALIGNMENTS (and) intersex #the marginalised bit is important because a minority isn't automatically systemically marginalised and vice versa #the alignment bit is important because 1) as it says on the tin it includes nonbinary/genderqueer/ agender/demigender/etc alignment labels #and 2) if it was just genders then all women would be inherently queer #which is the reason why it was changed from mogii to mogai#and i also didn't see anyone explain that mogai is useful specifically because it has a direct opposite term: cogap #(cogap being CENTRED orientations gender alignments and PERISEX) #as wonderfully inclusive and unhierarchical as queer is it does lack a true opposite #most people say "straight or "cishet" but those are just as limited as calling all queer people "Igb(t)"
I think you meant to tag d3viantvanguard not me
You are correct :O thanks for the catch and correction, i have edited it
no problem! ^_^
